[2026 PRODUCT UPDATE] We’ve updated our cushion cover design to improve compatibility across different chair types. The seat cushion cover now features a single Velcro strip, allowing it to be used on both corner chairs and armless chairs. As part of this update, you’ll receive identical seat cushions regardless of the chair type ordered. The cushion’s function and overall fit remain the same.

• Ohana cushion covers work ONLY with Ohana furniture and CAN NOT be used with other brands. Be sure to select a Sunbrella color if you choose Sunbrella fabric in step 1. (Sunbrella: addtional upcharge). If you need assistance, please contact our Customer Service.
• Step1: Select 'Fabric & Set Furniture Type' > Select 'Cushion Color' (choose Sunbrella colors if you chose Sunbrella fabric in step 1)

Shipping

We offer free shipping on most orders. Orders are shipped within indicated lead time of receiving cleared payment. We are not responsible for shipping delays that are a result of credit card/billing problems, product availability delays, or order changes made after the order has been placed.

When order is shipped, shipment confirmation email will be sent. Carrier will call to set up a delivery appointment.

• Curbside Delivery: All deliveries are curbside only. The carrier will deliver the shipment to the curb at the delivery address. A signature is required upon delivery. Please note that inside delivery is not included. Delivery beyond the curb (such as inside your home or business), as well as any other special delivery requests, must be arranged in advance. Otherwise, any additional delivery charges incurred will be billed separately. Please contact us to request a quote.
• White Glove Delivery: Driver will place your item inside your home or designated spot and remove packaging from the premise (read details). Please contact us for a quote.

We only ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 states of the US. If you live outside United States (i.e. Canada, Alaska or Hawaii), but have a stateside address, we can ship your order there.

We ship to the address on order. Please provide working daytime phone number for the freight company to make delivery appointment with you. Should any delay occur due to incorrect contact information, customer will be responsible for the incurred storage fee.
